[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB- SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 05/2020-Customs New Delhi, the 2nd February, 2020 G.S.R. ……(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue) No. 25/99-Customs, dated the 28th February, 1999, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 161(E), dated the 28th February, 1999, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, in List A, - (i) S. No. 80 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (ii) against S. No. 82, - (a) in column (2), for the entry, the entry “76,85” shall be substituted; (b) in column (3), for the entry, the entry “Aluminium wire with silicon or magnesium impurity of up to 2%” shall be substituted; (iii) against S. No. 190, in column (3), after the words “Blade Fuse Body”, the words “; Micro Fuse Base, Sub-Miniature Fuse Base, Micro Fuse Cover, Sub-Miniature Fuse Cover” shall be inserted; (iv) against S. No. 225, in column (2), for the entry “3908 90 90”, the entry “3907 99 90 or 3908 90 90” shall be substituted. [F.
