[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 84/2018-Customs New Delhi, dated the 31st December, 2018 G.S.R. (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.53/2011-Customs, dated the 1st July, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, vide number G.S.R. 499 (E), dated the 1st July, 2011, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table,- (i) against Sl. No. 84, for the entry in column (4), the entry “50.0”, shall be substituted; (ii) against Sl. No.85, for the entry in column (4), the entry “50.0”, shall be substituted; (iii)against Sl. No. 87, for the entry in column (4), the entry”51.0”, shall be substituted; (iv) against Sl. No.129, for the entry in column (4), the entry “40.0”, shall be substituted; (v) against Sl. No. 130, for the entry in column (4), the entry “45.0”, shall be substituted; (vi) against Sl. No. 134, for the entry in column (4), the entry”45.0”, shall be substituted; (vii) against Sl. No. 135, for the entry in column (4), the entry”45.0”, shall be substituted; (viii) against Sl. No. 136, for the entry in column (4), the entry “45.0”, shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of January, 2019. [F.
