[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 124/2010-Customs New Delhi, the 15th December, 2010. 24 Agrahayana, 1932 SAKA G.S.R 977 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of the 11th September, 2009, Revenue), No. 97/2009-Customs, dated published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (i), vide number G.S.R. 663(E), dated the 11th September, 2009, namely:- In the said notification, in para 2, for the figures, letters and words “31st day of December, 2010” the figures, letters and words “30th day of June, 2011” shall be substituted.
