New Delhi, dated the 11th December, 2013 S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Tughlakabad, New Delhi; (ii) The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata, Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001; (iii) The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs, ICD, Patparganj, New Delhi 110092; and (iv) The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs, IGI Airport, New Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s EMD Locomotive Technologies Private Limited, 81/1, Adchini Aurobind Marg, New Delhi-110017 issued vide, DRI F.No.718(ii)09/Seiz/PRU/13-14/390-393 dated the 23rd May, 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Lucknow Zonal Unit, Lucknow.
