New Delhi, dated the 11th December, 2013 S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata, Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) The Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata, Custom House, 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001; (ii) The Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Air Port), Kolkata, Custom, House 15/1, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s SFT Engineering, 4, Jatin Das Road, Kolkata- 700029 issued vide, DRI F.No.718(ii)08/Seiz/PRU/13-14/396-398 dated the 23rd May, 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Lucknow Zonal Unit, Lucknow.
