New Delhi, the 10th December, 2015 S.O. (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva-III Tal-Uran, Dist. Raigad-400707 to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva-III, Tal-Uran, Dist. Raigad-400707; (ii) the Joint or Additional Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva-V, Tal-Uran, Dist.
