Reference is drawn to Board’s Instruction No 18/2022-Customs dt. 12.08.2022 read with Nos. 26/2022-Customs dt. 06.10.2022, 32/2022-Customs dated 28.11.2022 and 04/2023-Customs dated 27.01.2023 relating to the requirement of Health Certificate to be accompanied with the import of certain food consignments. 2. In this regard, FSSAI Order dated 24.02.2023 (copy enclosed) has informed that the considering the representations from various countries and other stakeholders, the implementation vide F.No.1829/Health Certificate/FSSAI/Imports-2021 dated 03.08.2022 is deferred till further orders. the FSSAI's issued order of 3.
