10th October, 2005 Notification No. 93/2005-Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94 (N.T.)-CUSTOMS, dated the 21st November, 1994, S.O. 829(E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 5, relating to Gujarat, in column 3, against item (28) relating to Vadinar, for the entry in column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:- “U n lo ad in g o f im p o rted g o o d s an d lo ad in g o f exp o rt g o o d s or any class o f su ch g o o d s.”.
