Dated the 14th November, 2017 23 Kartika, 1939 (SAKA) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise & Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Central Board of Excise and Customs No.107/2017-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated 9th November, 2017, with effect from 15th November, 2017, namely:- In the SCHEDULE-I of the said Notification for serial No.12 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely SCHEDULE-I Sl.No. Foreign Currency Rate of exchange of one unit of foreign currency equivalent to Indian rupees (1) (2) (3) 12.
