[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) New Delhi, the 18th November, 2008 Notification No.122/2008-Customs G.S.R.(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2002, which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (i) vide number G.S.R. 118(E) of the same date, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table,- (i) against S.No. 29A, for the entry in column (4), the entry “20%” shall be substituted; (ii) against S.No.190A, for the entry in column(4), the entry “5%” shall be substituted; (iii) against S.No.190C, for the entry in column(4), the entry “5%” shall be substituted; (iv) against S.No.197, for the entry in column(4), the entry “5%” shall be substituted.
