TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 47/2012-Customs New Delhi, the 21st August, 2012 G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17th March, 2012 which was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide G.S.R. 185(E) dated the 17th March, 2012, namely: - In the said notification, - i. in the table, after the S. No. 104 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:- “104A De-oiled soya extract Groundnut oil cake/oil cake meal Sunflower oil cake/oil cake meal Canola oil cake /oil cake meal Mustard oil cake/oil cake meal 2304 2305 Nil Nil 230630 Nil 230690 Nil 230690 Nil - - - - - - - - - - ii. in the proviso to the table, after clause (b) following shall be inserted, namely:- (ba) the goods specified against serial no. 104A of the said Table on or after the first day of April, 2013”; [F. S. R. 639 (E), dated the 17th August, 2012.
