[To be published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i)] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) ***** Notification No. 56/2011-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, 2nd August, 2011 G.S.R (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 16/2011-Cus (N.T.), dated, the 1st March, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 155 (E), dated the 1st March, 2011, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, (i) against S.No.1, for the entry in column (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “Filter rod, Pharmaceutical products of Chapter 30” (ii) against S.No.2, for the entry in column (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:- “Filter cigarette, Pharmaceutical products of Chapter 30” [F.No. 354/203/2011-TRU] (Sanjeev Kumar Singh) Under Secretary to the Government of India The principal notification No.16/2011- Note.- Customs(N.T) dated the 1st March, 2011 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R-155-(E), dated the 1st March, 2011.
