[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) Notification No.63/2018-Customs New Delhi, the 18th September, 2018 G.S.R……. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 24/2015-Customs, dated the 8th April, 2015, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (i), vide, number G.S.R. 269(E), dated the 8th April, 2015, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 2,- (i) in condition (1) for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely: - “(b) against exports of goods or products made in terms of provisions of para 3.05 of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020.”; (ii) in condition (3) in second proviso, for the words “through the courier mode from airports at Chennai, Mumbai or Delhi or through the Foreign Post offices at Chennai, Mumbai or New Delhi”, the words “through international courier terminals or through such foreign post offices, as notified by the Central Government” shall be substituted.
