[TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART-II, SECTION-3, SUB-SECTION (ii) OF THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) (Central Board of Excise and Customs) Notification No. 64/2011-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, 6th September, 2011 In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/1994-Customs (N.T.) dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against serial number 2 relating to the land frontier of Bangladesh, in columns 3 and 4, after the existing entries, the following entries shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) “(53) Sabroom South District of Tripura in Tripura Anandpara Ramgarh via River Feni”.
