10th September, 2003 Notification No. 70/2003 - Customs (N.T) In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of sub- section (1) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.12/97-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely:- In the Table to the said notification, in column (1), after S.No.5 A relating to the State of Jharkhand and the entries relating thereto in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) “5 B Jammu and Kashmir Bari Brahmana, Jammu Unloading of imported goods and lo ad in g o f exp o rt g o o d s” D.S.Garbyal Under Secretary to the Government of India F.NO.434/62/94-CUS.IV Note: The principal notification No.12/97-CUSTOMS (N.T.), dated the 2nd April, 1997 was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i), vide G.S.R.193 (E) dated the 2nd April,1997 and last amended by notification No.57/2003- CUSTOMS (N.T.) dated 25th July,2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i), vide G.S.R.584 (E) dated the 25th July, 2003.
