[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 06/2014-Customs New Delhi, the 17th February, 2014 G.S.R. (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 21/2012-Customs, dated the 17th March, 2012 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide G.S.R. 194(E), dated the 17th March, 2012, namely: - In the said notification, in the Table, after serial number 83 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:- (4) Nil”. (1) (2) (3) “83A 84 Goods specified against S. No. 394A of the Table annexed to the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance(Department of the Revenue), No. 12/2012-Customs, dated 17th March, 2012: Provided that the exemption available under this notification shall be subject to the conditions, if any, specified in respect of such goods under the said notification No. 12/2012-Customs, dated the 17th March, 2012; Provided further that nothing contained in this entry shall apply on goods imported on or after the 1st day of January, 2015.
