[TO BE PUBLISHED IN PART-II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i) OF THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, (EXTRAORDINARY), NEW DELHI.] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) New Delhi dated the 10th August, 2007. Notification No.79/2007-Customs (N.T.) G.S.R.(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No.14/2002-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7th March, 2002, namely:- In the Table of the said notification,- (a) for Sl. No. 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) “13 Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Pune (3) a) Commissioners of Central Excise, Pune-I, Pune-II, Pune-III and Goa, b) Commissioners of Customs, Pune.” (b) for Sl. No. 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) “26 (2) Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai – II (3) a) Commissioners of Customs, (Import) Nhava Sheva, b) Commissioners of Customs, (Export) Nhava Sheva.” (c) for Sl.
