10th September, 2003 Notification No. 71/2003 - Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.8/2001-CUSTOMS (N.T), dated the 26th February, 2001, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 26th February, 2001, namely:- In th e said n o tificatio n , fo r th e w o rd s “C o m m issio n er o f Customs, Air Cargo Unit, New Custom House, Indira Gandhi In tern atio n a l A irp o rt, N ew D elh i”, the words and brackets ”C o m m issio n er o f C u sto m s (E xp o rts), N ew C u sto m H o u se, N ew D elh i” shall be substituted.
