Appointment of additional collector preventive unit Jodhpur and Assistant Collectors preventive as Assistant Collector of Customs Notification No. 13/89-Cus. (N.T.), dated 9-3-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers specified in column (2) of the Table below to be the Additional Collector of Customs and the officers specified in column (3) thereof to be the Assistant Collectors of Customs for the areas specified in the corresponding entry in column (1) of the said Table: TABLE AREA (1) DESIGNATION OF THE OFFICER (2) (3) 1.
