28th September, 2005 Notification No. 85/2005-Customs (N.T.) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of the 23rd Revenue) number 106/2004-Customs September, 2004 which was published in the gazette of India, extraordinary, vide number G.S.R. 637 (E) dated the 23rd September, 2004, namely:- (N.T.), dated In the said notification, in the Table, serial number 19 and the entries made thereto shall be omitted.
