In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Export), New Custom House, Mumbai to act as, - 1. Commissioner of Customs (Export), New Custom House, Mumbai; 2. Commissioner of Customs (Exports), Jawahar Lal Nehru Port Trust, Nhava Sheva; 3. Commissioner of customs (Imports), New Custom House, Mumbai; and 4.
