New Delhi, dated the 23rd December, 2009. 2 Pausa, 1931 Saka. S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Deputy / Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo Complex), New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on,- (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo Complex), Kolkata; the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo Complex), Mumbai; the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs (ICD CONCOR), Jaipur; and the Deputy/Assistant Commissioner of Customs, JNCH, Nhava Sheva, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s. Wings (India) Fashions Private Limited and others issued vide, DRI F.No. 840/JPR/19-XLVIII/2008, dated the 15th January, 2009, by the Assistant Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
