10th September, 2003 Notification No. 72/2003 - Customs (N.T) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise & Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai – 400 001 to act as Commissioner of Customs (Export Promotion), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai- 400 001 for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notices pertaining to M/s. Shree Dhoot Trading & Agencies Limited, 81/88, 8th Floor, Atlanta, Nariman Point, Mumbai- 400 021 and M/s.
