Export Extension Counter, Moradabad notified as Land Customs Station — Amendment to Notifcation No. 63/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 53/2001-Cus. (NT) dated 11-10-2001 In exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 63/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely: - In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 8 relating to All Countries, in column (3), after item number (7) and the entry relating thereto, the following item number and the entry shall be inserted, namely: - “(8) Export Extension Counter at M o rad ab ad ”.
