G.S.R. 710 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76 A of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby specifies the Nokia Telecom SEZ measuring 85.375 hectares, at Sriperumbudur in the State of T am il N ad u as a “sp ecial eco n o m ic zo n e”, su b ject to th e co n d itio n th at th e to ta l area o f th e special economic zone shall be increased to not less than hundred hectares within a period of two years from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
