New Delhi, the 24th November,2015 S.O. (E). –In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and Sub- section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs(Imports), ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on – (i) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs(Imports), O/o the Commissioner of Customs, JNCH, Nhava Sheva, Mumbai; (ii) the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs(Imports), O/o the Commissioner of Customs, ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi; (iii)the Joint/Additional Commissioner of Customs(Imports), O/o the Commissioner of Customs (Import and General), New Customs House, Near IGI Airport, New Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., 13, Metro Bhawan, Fire Brigade Lane, Near Barakhamba Road, New Delhi issued vide show cause notice number DRI/NCO/Follow-up/26/2013, dated the 5th June, 2013 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Lucknow Zonal Unit, Lucknow.
