[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No.43/2011-Customs New Delhi, the 27th May, 2011 G.S.R. 415 (E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) and sub-section (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) read with rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Finance( Department of Revenue) No. 121/2006-Customs dated the 26th December, 2006, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R.769 (E), dated the 26th December, 2006, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, in column (2), for the figure ‘50079000’ wherever it occurs, the figure and words “50079010 or 50079090’’ shall be substituted. [F.No.354/64/2006-TRU (Pt.)] (Sanjeev Kumar Singh) Under Secretary to the Government of India Note.- The principal notification No. 121/2006-Customs, dated the 26th December, 2006, was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R.769 (E), dated the 26th December,2006 and was last amended vide Notification No. 37/2011- Customs dated 21st April, 2011, was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (i) vide number G.S.R.336 (E), dated 21st April, 2011.
