Subject: Submission of fortnightly report of Customs Revenue- regarding Sir/ Madam, The undersigned is directed to state that the Board intermittently receives fortnightly Zonal reports on Customs revenue from a few Zones referring to letter F.No. 401/62/2004- Cus III dated 12.01.2006 and letter F. No. 401/81/2007- Cus III dated 18.11.2008. Besides not receiving these reports from all the Zones, the same are infrequently 2. received at very irregular intervals from the Zones which are sending these reports. 3. It appears the utility of these reports have been outlived considering that most data related to Customs revenue are available in EDW. Hence, it has been decided to do away with the submission of reports in reference to Board letters mentioned in para 1 above. 4.
