G.S.R. … (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Governments of Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Republic of India] Rules, 2009, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Governments of Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Republic of India] Third Amendment Rules, 2011. (2) These rules shall come into effect on the 1st day of August, 2011. 2. In the Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Governments of Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Republic of India] Rules, 2009, in Annexure IV, after S.No. 9, the following S. No. and entry shall be inserted, namely:- “S. No. Name of the Country 10. The Kingdom of Cambodia [F. No. 467/68/2004-Cus.V/ICD] (M. SATISH KUMAR REDDY) Director to the Government of India Note. - The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 937(E), dated the 31st December, 2009 and was subsequently amended vide number G.S.R. 41(E), dated the 19th January, 2010, G.S.R. 456(E) dated the 31st May, 2010, G.S.R. 790(E) dated the 30th September, 2010, G.S.R. 883(E) dated the 3rd November, 2010, G.S.R. 60(E) dated 2nd February, 2011 and G.S.R. 485(E) dated 24th June, 2011.
