Circular No. 70/99-Cus Dated 6/10/1999 F.No. 605/114/97-DBK Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue, New Delhi Subject: Facility for permitting imports under DEPB Scheme at Customs bonded warehouses through TRA procedure - regarding. Vide Circular No. 16/99-Cus. dated 7.4.99, the subject facility was extended to bonded warehouses jurisdiction of Commissioners who are handling TRA facility under DEPB Scheme, and who have jurisdiction over any other customs stations listed in Para 4 of the said Circular. located within the 2. Since the issue of said Circular No. 16/99, the full TRA facility under DEPB Scheme has been extended to a number of new Customs Station vide issue of Board's Circular No. 38/99-Cus. dated 25.6.99. It has, therefore, been decided to extend the subject facility to all Customs bonded warehouses falling within the jurisdiction of the Commissioners who also have jurisdiction over the additional customs stations which have been permitted full TRA vide issue of said Circular No. 38/99-Cus. dated 25.6.99. 3. In view of above, the said Circular No. 16/99 shall stand amended as under: i) Para 4(I) shall include sea-ports at Paradeep, Sikka, Pipavav and Magdalla. ii) Para 4(II) shall include Airport at Coimbatore. iii) Para 4 (III) shall include ICDs at Coimbatore, Singanallur, Salem and Tirupur.
