Rewarehousing - Transfer of imported goods for rewarehousing from major ports to inland warehousing stations F. No. 473/25/90-Cus.VII Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Central Board of Excise & Customs. New Delhi. , dated 15-5-1991 Subject: Transfer of imported goods for re-warehousing from major ports - Furnishing of Bank inland warehousing stations to Guarantee/Insurance Policy - Instructions regarding. Reference correspondence resting with Board's letter of even number dated 20-11-1990 on the subject mentioned above. 2. As a measure of further relaxation, the Board has decided that Estab- lished Export Houses/Trading Houses may be allowed to furnish 15% Bank Guarantee instead of 25% Bank Guarantee. 3. The Board's instructions dated 18-05-1990 may be deemed to have been modified to the above extent.
